Accounting Services Department

Is responsible for the receipt and disbursement of all district funds, for maintaining complete and accurate records of all financial transactions of the organization, and for providing detailed financial information on a timely basis. The Department manages the District’s daily cash flow and investment portfolio and provides internal controls and safeguards of all District assets. The Department is responsible for the preparation of accounts payable and payroll checks, grant accounting, fixed asset accounting, and pupil count. The Department also prepares the District’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
