Facility Condition Assessment (FCA):

Planned implementation (FCA):

  • Communication systems improvements
  • New IP based phone/intercom system throughout.
  • Ventilation improvements
  • Replacement of Gym HVAC system. Installation of geothermal wells and heat pump for heating and cooling of new and limited remodeled spaces.
  • Irrigation system upgrades
  • Automatic irrigation system provided for all landscaped and non-native sod and seed areas.
  • Interior finishes upgraded (i.e. ceiling tiles, carpet, wall finishes, etc.)
  • Complete remodel of Administration and faculty office/work areas. New carpet in existing classrooms. New accessible corridor ceilings.
  • Upgrade electrical service and distribution
  • Improved electrical infrastructure in new and existing spaces.

  • Provide general upgrade of classrooms and instructional spaces
  • Carpeting and floor finishes in new and most existing spaces.

  • Implement VoIP to enhance communications capabilities and reduce cost
  • Install new VoIP telecommunications system.
